Being a dad comes even in moments of struggle. To be honest, the last few months have been a struggle for me.  The world is changing more every day. The fear of sickness and political battles are more prevalent in today's world than I ever really thought they would. There is always a silver lining though.

Have you ever struggled with the chaos your children bring to your role of being a dad?  It can be daunting. The role of a dad can be one of the most challenging roles for any man. It isn't one of those things that come overnight, but it is a role that can be one of the most exciting and memory making.

As a father of three children under the age of six, my wife and I tend to have a lot of chaotic moments throughout the week. Our kids are very energetic, and they get bored very quickly. I am sure there are others that are in similar situations. This is part of the reason I am launching "A Working Dad."

I have always wanted the experience of being a Dad or even being a Father. I know it may sound like the same thing, but I believe there is more to it than that. Being a first-time Father was hard but being a first-time Dad? Well, that is something I am still learning, and I have three kids now.
